Server Script not running

Post by Syl38 »

Hello I installed the latest Cacti version (0.8.8h) on my Windows 7 Computer. Everything is working fine except the graphs which display CPU Usage and HDD Used Space.

Indeed I get these errors :

When I run the php script to get the cpu usage with server_script.php it's working :

Only the data templates configured with "Get Script Server Data (Indexed)" input method are not working. Other configurations are working well.

Here is an other screen which shows that SMNP is working well :

Note that I'm using IIS as Web Server.

Operating System: Windows 7
Webserver: IIS 7
Cacti: 0.8.8h
Spine: Not using.
MySQL: 5.7.17
PHP: 5.5.38
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 build): 1.2
Net-SNMP: 5.0

Thanks for your help :)

Please use the spine poller, it will detect script server crashes. You likely have a broken script. Search the doc for how to test you scripts.

Thanks for your reply.

I installed Spine on my Windows server and it compiled fine. When I execute poller.php from my terminal it's working fine too and it gets the data. But when my scheduled task executes the poller it's not working... I checked with Process Monitor and there is no right issue, do you have any idea ?

Thanks again :)

Must be a permission issue still... test with opening the cmd window AS the scheduled task user and then running it. Any errors displayed or logged in cacti.log?
