"Nagios status" on NPC tab shows "OFF"

Hi all,

I use nagios 3.4 and ndoutils 1.4. After I installed all I found the status of "nagios" is always off on "NPC" tab and cannot found error in nagios log. Could you please advise the possible reason? Thx all.
