[Cacti 0.8.7h] Graph-tree mode, blank left pane

Hi,
i just installed Cacti today on Debian Jessie.
i also install weathermap-0.98.
now when i open tree mode, it's blank on the left pane.

anybody know how to solve it?

Goto Console->Management->Graph Trees and create a tree. You might want to delete the old. If nothing shows up, then check permissions. If that does not get it, truncate the graph_tree_items table and recreate your tree.

i tried to create a new tree, nothing show up.

i'm really new to Linux world n cacti.
could you please tell me how do i check permission and on what folder?
and how to truncate the table?
