(SOLVED) SNMP Error and SNMPWALK got no response

Post by zetoo »

Already tried to create graph for localhost and it's successful :D

But when I tried to set new host for monitoring windows server, SNMP Error which is famous problem within Cacti is coming to me.

Already tried suggestion by adding IP Address on :
- SNMP Services -> Traps
- SNMP Services -> Security

But still got SNMP Error.

Host Template : Windows 2000/XP Host
Downed Device Detection : Ping or SNMP Uptime
Ping Method : UDP Ping
SNMP Version : Version 2

Spine : 0.8.8a
Cacti : 0.8.8f

Already tried to ping remote host and its working but still got SNMP Error and snmpwalk got no response.

Please help me.

Trying on cmd : snmpwalk -v2c -c "Community" "IP Address or Hostname" and its fine

The problem is when I tried it on remote host, it will get no response no matter what.

I am using Spine as poller. When I ping the remote host its fine with 1ms.

UPDATE :
- Status from Down change to Recovering and finally Up but still got SNMP Error :o
- Checked Accept SNMP packets from any host and restart SNMP Service but still got no response. :o
- Checked all service option on Agent tab but still got no response :o
