All Graphs Are Blank

New Cacti user here. Tool sounds powerful but I cannot get graphs to display any data. I am trying to monitor my various Cisco switches bandwidth by port. That way I can tell which port is using the most bandwidth. Attached is what I see in Cacti. I've been searching the Internet all morning for a solution but have not been able to figure it out. Hopefully someone on this forum can help. I am using version 0.8.8h on Windows 7 Pro 64bit.
