Assistance getting cacti to work.

I am needing a little help getting cacti up and running. I am trying to install it onto an Ubuntu v. 14.04. I previously have installed Snort & Snorby on there along with all the requirements, one being Apache2. I ran through one of the tuts online that was seemed fairly simple. And I was hoping to just use the existing install of apache. Unfortunately when i navigate to the ip/cacti, I get "page you are looking for does not exist". I think snorby was in stalled in etc/www/html/snort and I don't see a corresponding /cacti folder that I would think I should see. I'm pretty green on Linux so hopefully this is an easy fix for the more experienced.
