Nan on Graphs, Values in rrdtool info

New install of Cacti 0.8.8h on CentOS7.
Localhost and 1 added device show Nan on graphs.
Tried everything here: http://docs.cacti.net/manual:087:4_help ... #debugging
Logs look good:
