Cannot plot Asterisk active calls

I am trying to plot active calls of ASTERISK on CACTI. For this I am using following OID,

Asterisks Active Calls OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.22736.1.2.5

But after creating the graph, no data appears on it. Snapshots are attached for reference,

What does a snmpget on this OID ( 1.3.6.1.4.1.22736.1.2.5 ) return ?

Thank you for your response. OID: " 1.3.6.1.4.1.22736.1.2.5 " shows the number of Active calls operational through Asterisk server(VOIP server).

[XXXXXXXXX]# snmpwalk -v1 -c XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX 1.3.6.1.4.1.22736.1.2.5
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.22736.1.2.5.0 = Gauge32: 9

I need to plot last digits in the above results.

I need to plot the last colored digit.
