So I want to create grap, and I need to change position of box where i have value Bits per sond, and general look, and add few tables with only CPU, MEM utilization.
Some kind of complex network graph.

OK. So the little CPU and memory images are done as separate nodes. The formatting for the blue nodes is done using standard weathermap commands. The rounded boxes are made by using the 'artificial icons' feature and the 'rbox' feature. The angled links are using VIA and 'VIASTYLE angled'.

That's all standard weathermap stuff. You can see most of those things in the Visual Guide page in the front of the manual.

Where and how Can I manage that ?

Weateher editor -> Map style ? * I dont have so many option in there..

As I said, on the front page of the manual is a diagram called "Visual Guide" that shows which keywords control which formatting features. There is a fairly large reference guide for all the keywords used in a weathermap config file. You already have the manual - it's in the docs/ subdirectory of the weathermap folder.

According to config-reference.html#NODE_POSITION document, I want to move connection lines to the edge.

Tried to add argument :E and :W at the end node id.
Please check attachment and below little bit output from configuration from from weather map.

Your node doesn't have an ICON command. Where is that icon coming from?

With no ICON, this is the expected output - it will use the edges of the label text box.

I just tested with icons, and the current release version:
