Hi,
I have a problem with my localhost graphs ; they're always empty.
I got this from the LOGS :
Code: Select all
10/19/2016 12:33:02 PM - SPINE: Poller[0] Host[1] ERROR: Empty result [127.0.0.1]: 'perl /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/query_unix_partitions.pl get used /dev/sda1'
10/19/2016 12:33:02 PM - SPINE: Poller[0] Host[1] ERROR: Empty result [127.0.0.1]: 'perl /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/query_unix_partitions.pl get available /dev/sda1'

I already tried to put the full path in the Data Input Methods (and rebuild cache) and it didn't change anything...
It was working in the beginning and at some point (I can't remember when) it stopped. Someone can help me fix this ?
Thanks
I run Cacti Version 0.8.8b
I'm on Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS

Have you attempted to run those commands yourself as the same user that the poller runs as?

Hi,
Yes, I've tried and I have a result when I run the commands.
It seems that there's an error only when the poller (spine) runs it.

Are you running spine as root?

I run it with www-data not with root.

I changed it to run with root and now it's working fine...
