Does Cacti (0.8.9h) support DTLS SNMP v3 ?

Post by greybread »

Greetings,

I've been using Cacti fine with SNMP v2 but I want to move up to SNMP v3 with using certificates.
I'm following this info from net-snmp regarding use of certs with SNMP v3.

Code: Select all

http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/TUT:Using_TLS#DTLS_vs_TLS
I am looking at a device profile and its snmp options. I can see where I can choose snmpv3 and specify a username and password and encryption protocol, but I do not see how I can specify using DTLS/TLS and Certs?

Is that supported? is there some way to make it work?

thank you.
