Creating SLA Reports with Cacti

We had another customer that needed to get SLA reports to their manager every week and a rollup every month. Our customer was buying services on the web from certain vendors as well as bandwidth from providers. Each provider had an SLA back to my customer. If the provider violated the SLA, my customer got credits. The problem was, there was a specific, agreed upon format of the report, a specific calculation for the reports and a ton of other meta data that needed to be derived.

The other issue was Incident Ticket Up time and Down Time needed to be factored into the report!. My customer, who loves Cacti, was about to abandon Cacti....until we showed them it was possible to get this report and many more. Snap shots are below, full demo is here:
