Data Input method not working

I have created a data input method which calls a script kept at an external folder. And i have followed all steps mentioned on page : http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11288

But my graph is not getting plotted and in logs i donot see any logs where my script is being called.

Any ideas on where am i going wrong.

I don't use Windows much, but doesn't it require that you double up the slashes, so the path would instead be like
c:\\Users\\lokesh.kumar\\Documents\\issues\\ etc....
