Display the "Max of last 24h" instead of the latest value.

Hello,

To see if there was a peak on a link during the day, I would like to display the value "MAX" in a box.
I know that the info is available in the rrd (latest max value of the yearly vue)
Do you have an idea if this kind of info can be processed by a plugin ?

Example of my dream (plugin max:)

The good news is that it's already in weathermap

The bad news is that I have apparently never written a manual page for it. So I will write some documentation and update this thread.

In the meantime, I tried with the DSStat plugin.
In the map (attached below), I added the peak value of the day next to the "real time" value

Actually, if your time requirements fit with DSstats' time periods, then DSStats will give you a better result than the rrdtool method, usually, because rrdtool is aggregating and averaging.

(I will still write the docs for the other way! )
