SNMP error while snmpwalk works on command line

Hi everybody,
I have an issue which adding a new device on CACTI, the ping is OK while there is SNMP error.
snmpwalk works well Under command line on the same CACTI server.
please let me know if someone can help me

I add also that snmpwalk works but snmpget does not works.

Could you please help us with this issue, we are blocked
