No emails on dead host

Hello. I have a problem with Threshold not sending any email at all. I know that SMTP is setup within Cacti correctly as I can send test messages and receive them. Threshold seems to be working as it sees the host go down..

And it sees it come back up but it does not notify.

Cacti is 0.8.8h
Plugin architecture is 3.1
THold is 0.6
I have the "Dead Hosts Notifications" box checked in settings/thresholds
Email setup in Mail/DNS seems correct because the "send a test email" function works.

I am sure it is something simple but I have looked at it for so long that my brain will only be satisfied that it is something difficult.

Any thoughts?

Any input would be appreciated. Email works from Cacti, Threshold sees it is down, dead host notification box is checked. I just never get a notification.

I Just installed Thold and I'm having the same problem. On my setup, using SMTP, the Test message from Mail Setup works just fine. The problem is when a device goes down, I don't get an message, I'm pretty sure I have everything set up correctly.

Did you ever solve this?

Hi, I found very useful the alerts that Thold makes by default showing "not up" hosts, in the "host status" section, but there the plugin shows the "event count" that its not very useful, it is possible to modify thold_grapgh.php in order to show "In state" column with de day hours an minutes that the hosts have been on the state?
