Graph Templates Missing

I need to add a graph template to a host template, How ever in the dropdown box under Associated Graph Templates only about a third of my graph templates are showing up. I must be missing something pretty simple here but I can't figure it out. What can I do to fix this?

I have a theory that the missing templates are indexed graphs. Is it normal for Cacti to to be unable to apply an Indexed graph to a Host template?

Is it possible to do this via cli?

On the same topic, how do I add an existing graph template to an existing host template via cli? I could not find anything in the documentation. I already have the graph_template_id and the host_template_id.
