Cannot login to Cacti .... Please Help

I have installed cacti 0.8.8 h, installation went well, after installation has been finished, icould not login ot cact webppage (http://localhost/cacti)

When i tried to login the following attached error is displaying

[BSOD2600]

use the installer or did it yourself?
that error looks like cacti database wasnt even correctly loaded
