MIB to Cacti Graph

I need to graph a specific Juniper DCU MIB (Destination Class Usage MIB). But I'm unsure how to begin with.

1. This is the url for the specific Juniper DCU MIB

2. I've converted all the MIBs to OIDs

3. Follow this walkthrough from Fortigate. But it's not working.
