Realtime traffic (rather than Average)

Hi. Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere. I have tried searching for it. I would like to be able to display realtime traffic labels for links in the weatherman rather than what appears to be averaged labels on links. My RRAs settings include the "LAST" function so I would expect to be able to use that for the links. Is that possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated. At the moment It can take a while to notice that a link is saturated.
