thold email

hello

I'm a newbie in cacti and I come across to a strange situation during setup. I can receive email from my system (e.g. when host return online and test mail in "Settings"), I also installed thold but I never able to receive any email when the threshold is triggered, but I can receive the email when the threshold restore to the normal situation. What could be wrong?

my cacti is 0.8.8h and thold is 0.5
