update/refresh graph after editting template

I have update the Graph Template - Interface - Traffic (bits/sec).
How to update the existing generated graph with the new graph template instead of re-creating the graph?

Providing you have not added any new items; you can go to:
Console -> Graph Management -> Host:[select the host] -> check box the graph which you want updated

ON the lower right corner -> Choose and action:[Reapply Suggested Names]

Make sure it is associated with the template. If you graph comes up empty, you might need to reassociate the Graph Item Fields (same window as breadcrumbed above, just click on the graph rather than checkboxing)
