express version is not working

hii
im a newbie here and i tried installing cereusreporting express version to get pdfs. but its not giving any output.i can just download the report template with header and footer.also in the graph view there's no such a option to select graphs as well.
when goes to a particular graph there there's a icon to download pdf but that one is not working.

is this a problem with express version as its the free one or am i done it wrong.

please reply if anyone know the answer

- Cacti Version
- Operating System and Version
- Debug output ( Console -> Settings -> NMID -> Logging Level -> Debug

cacti version: 0.8.8g
OS : centos linux 7 (7.2.1511)

what is debug output? you mean the debug info?

You can register freely there.

Nevertheless, Go to "Console -> Settings", then hit the "NMID" tab. Look for the setting named "Logging Mode" and set that to "Debug".

Then try to create some reports. The log messages should be in the cacti.log file then.

The output of the Debug Info page would also be welcome.

there's no option to create reports.
no logs are comming.
if i go to manage report there add report samples. that's the only thing i can do in this plugin.
i attached debug info page.please see whats going on.

Do you see the PDF Icon on the "graphs" page ?

Can you add a new report to the "Manage Reports" page at all ?

Did you grant your user the "Plugin -> CereusReporting - Generate PDF Reports" permission ?

in graph page there's no pdf icon.but when select a particular graph, in that page pdf icon is there.but it also doesn't work.
can add reports to manage reports by using add.

Do you happen to have nmidSmokeping installed as well ?

There's a bug in the latest version of nmidSmokeping preventing the correct functioning of CereusReporting.
