Re: Thold 0.6.1 beta4
I'm very new to using thold (and Cacti for that matter, just installed it Friday!), but just found that you have created a new beta version. I'm getting the same error as the previous people had mentioned with both the official 0.5.0 version as well as 0.6.1 beta 4.computer_guru wrote:sorry for the delay. somehow I missed the notifications about updates to this thread.

With 0.5.0:
Code: Select all
06/06/2016 10:17:56 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Save Command Failed for Table 'thold_data'. Error was 'Column 'time_fail_trigger' cannot be null'
Code: Select all
06/06/2016 10:56:05 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Save Command Failed for Table 'thold_data'. Error was 'Column 'time_fail_trigger' cannot be null'
Re: Thold 0.6.1 beta2
I second this one. I'd like to send text to SMS but I really love the graphs for my email alerts.computer_guru wrote:cigamit,
What do you think about adding a feature where each notification list can be designated as HTML or Plain Text or Brief (SMS) ?
Re: Thold 0.6.1 beta4
So found the very simple solution of going into the Time Based settings and putting a 1 in the Breach Count fields, then going back to High / Low Values and using the values I want. Seems that the form should validate whether a field can be null rather than letting the database do it in this case since it should be valid to have null values for those things depending on whether the threshold type is set to one value or another.Naticus wrote:I'm very new to using thold (and Cacti for that matter, just installed it Friday!), but just found that you have created a new beta version. Re: Thold 0.6.1 beta4
not sure where to post it but here since this is a active development thread.
I have been running an old version of thold fine for years.
But then tried to update it to the latest stable version of the plugin site and since then all hell has broke loose.
Basically whenever I try to load the thold tab at the top of cacti the page sits forever trying to load, I then if I look at live mysql processes a process keeps stopping and starting in a loop 'ALTER TABLE thold_data ADD COLUMN bl_thold_valid INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT 0'
I have tried a few things including the nuclear option of wiping all thold tables and reimporting them from a cacti.sql posted by the dev of this plugin, but whenever I try to access the thold status page bam this mysql loop.
This loop also occurs if I run the upgrade.php script, suggesting some kind of upgrade process is getting stuck.
any ideas?
It looks like right now i will be reimporting the tables from yesterdays backup as well as the older version of the plugin.
This beta version also has the same problem.
