Cacti for windows Unix Ping graphs empty

Let me start by saying I'm using Version 0.8.8h installed using the Cacti windows installer. The problem I have is that any device using Graph Templates = Unix - Ping Latency shows no content in the graphs. I can set up the advanced ping template and that works as does interface, cpu, memory, etc. In fact it doesn't even work on a device that is a Linux server. Anyone have any clue on this.

Unix templates cannot be used on Windows.
