Hello I'm running a server version 0.8.7g with thold 0.4.9 and I have a thold template that is re-alerting on something it hasn't re-alerted on before and would like to have an idea of how to troubleshoot it if possible. Following is a screenshot of my config on this particular template. You can see I have re-alert cycle to never. Basically I'm monitoring a printer's maintenance kit and when it goes below 25% it's supposed to send an email, which it does, but it keeps sending it saying it has gone below 25 and is at 24. It isn't necessarily every cycle that it is doing it, but for example in the past 8 hours it has sent out 5 emails.

Re: Thold realert
Anyone at all have any suggestions on this? I have a single host (its the only on of its type and the only one using this particular thold) that WILL NOT quit re-alerting. I have tons of other thresholds on other devices that always do as they are told and don't re-alert. I would gladly troubleshoot this but I'm not sure the best way to do that. I have compared threshold settings, everything looks the same. Help!

Re: Thold realert
I'm going to try this again, because I still have this issue, even on 0.8.8h and I'm not sure if it is a Cacti issue or a Thold issue. I'd love to troubleshoot further, but don't know the steps. Basically though I have thresholds set up on some printer supplies, I get notified, then I get re-alerted (sometimes multiple times) even though re-alert is turned off. This ends up with a lot of emails and false alarms for things that we already know about. Please, if someone could assist me with troubleshooting why it would be doing this, I would be very grateful!
