mURLin Error

Hello. Im trying to figure out my mURLin plugin problem. Runnin Cacti 0.8.8b.
mURLin 0.2.4
I installed the plugin. I can see it in the menus, and now Im trying to add a new website to monitor. (http response).
Whenever I try to add a new URL, the moment I try to save i get this:
CSRF check failed. Your form session may have expired, or you may not have cookies enabled.

Then when I try to do a test for a URL (any URL), I get a website error stating that the website is under maintenance. (see attached screenshot)

I login directly into the Ubuntu OS and I do a wget website, its successful.
In the Cacti logs, I grep for mURLin get this:

I really want to get this mURLin working, I really need it. What is wrong with my setup and how can I fix it?
