What is your "Downed Device Detection", is it none?

Change it to PING or SNMP.

Aa its obvious now, your are missing the file mikrotik_queue_simple in your resource/snmpqueries folder:

You missed step 3 in:
Download it again and scp/winscp it over to the folder:

/usr/share/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/mikrotik_queue_simple.xml

The paths are already there.

Go to https://winscp.net/eng/download.php and download it. Then connect to your cacti machine. Browse to /usr/share/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/

Drag the file over.

Under settings -> visual what folder is used for realtime?

You need to change the ownership of that folder to the same as the webserver.

Example:
chown -R apache.apache /var/www/html/cacti/rra_rt
rra_rt should be the folder under settings -> visual. You need to create it if it doesn't exist.

Is this what you're referring to? If yes, how do I go about it?
