discovery subnet problem

Hi community,
I wanted to discover hosts and I used the subnet 10.200.216.0/14. Which was wrong as I wanted to use /24 instead.
Now the discovery is still running since I started it on Thursday and produces such logentries:

02/29/2016 07:30:40 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] WARNING: UDP Ping Error: gethostbyname failed for 10.201.676.59

Any help is appriciated because I can't stop the scanning.

look for anything regarding the discovery process in your tasks/process list and kill it.
It may as well be simply the "poller.php" process. Check the starting time of it

Thanks phalek for the hint. A reboot did the trick.
But I'm still astonished about the log entries.

675 is a bit too high. I agree.

Probably an unknown feature ....
