Graph tendency/history alarm trigger plugin?

Cacti noob here. I was wondering if there was a plugin or feature that allowed to detect significant (configurable) differences between present and past behavior, and trigger an alarm. For example, lets say there's a traffic graph for an ethernet port and on Monday at 8:00 AM there was a drop of 3GB compared to last Monday at the same time period (maybe an average of previous Mondays at the same hour). This plugin would detect this and trigger an alarm. Is there such thing?
