IB switch (Intel True Scale 12800 Director)?

I have the Intel-provided MIBs for this switch, and I have Cacti
treating it as a 'Generic SNMP-enabled Host' right now, but I want to
be able to graph its IB port traffic stats and don't know how to get
there from here. I haven't found a suitable template anywhere and I
haven't touched SNMP in many years.

Intel provides software for monitoring, but that requires running
their own OFED stack on the monitoring host, and we have technical
requirements that preclude that.

Has anyone used Cacti to get per-port or aggregate throughput stats
from an IB switch? Thanks for any pointers.
