why mactrack cann't find my device?

hi
i install mac track and then download oui.txt from ieee (http://standards-oui.ieee.org/oui/oui.txt) and import manually into mac track by:
php mactrack_import_ouidb.php -f=oui.txt

all import record is visible:

then i import my device(switch,router) from cacti into mac track and then define device type

then i run php mactrack_scanner.php -id=1 -d but scanner prompt: ERROR device type not found

which step maybe wrong?
is there any thing that maybe i forgot?

when i open oui.txt in notepad++ and search about 'C3750',it dosn't found any thing.is that normall?

my switch is snmp version3
mac track is 2.9

in device types -> ndor snmp Object ID Match i have a mistake.
