new feature: acknowledgement

I've just develop a new feature for thold: like Big Brother, my hack let me now acknowledge a threshold (ie temporaly disabled).

* New table thold_aknowledges that contains history of acknoledges: begin, end, who, why, and facultative field for deleted acknoledges
* hack on check-thold.php for adding test to check if the thold is currently acknoledge or not
* hack on thold.php: link on header of page to...
* new page thold_acknowledge.php: add, edit new ackowledge, and display history of all acknowleges, and let purge them

I send my patch to jimmy of cactyuser.org when it will be finish

i see on other forum , is some kind of php scripts and sh for that
