help for create graph

Hi everyone,
I just installed cacti and i have a problem about creating graphs. I have 2 figures as below:

I tried to search but i really didn't have many time. Which templates will i use for this case? Is it available in library of cacti web interface or not? If not,where can i take it?
Could you guys here help me?
By the way, as above figures, i wanna test gg and youtube server. So, How can i add this two servers? I can add any devices in my network with their IP to manage but I can't add above two server with their IP(gg:113.171.243.40 and youtube: 113.171.239.103)
