Hp 1810-24G bandwith monitoring

Hello,

I Want to minitore the Bandwith of a bunch of HP 1810-24g switches.

The plan is to:
Monitore the Whole Switch Bandwith, so the Traffig Going over ALL ports. in Gb / TB.
And
Monitore the Bandwith Going over the Two Uplink ports (Complete monitoring over a Time in GB / TB and a average load like 1,6gbit/sec.

im able to get the 1810-24g connected to my debian cacti.
But im a bit helpless over the other stuff.

At the moment i didnt get a graph running.

Is it possible to realize what i want to do with cacti?
And can anyone give me a hint?
(And yes, i searched forum, but maybe i doesnt used the right search tags.)
