value on my graph is -nan

help me, use cacti for monitoring temperature room.
i have environmux mini LXO and my problem is value on graph is nan.
and then how to change fahrenheit to celcius on my graph.
sory in my english.

use CDEF's (from Graph Management) to drive an eqn to convert from °F to °C
then
go to Graph template
click on item#2 current then add the CDEF you just made
repeat for the rest of the items
