Hi All,
We have created Graph Template: Interface - Errors/Discards for one of our Cisco UCSM Fi, even though in the command prompt we are able to see the CRC errors are there in the network uplink ports, the graph is not generating any statics for it.Also CRC errors are getting increased, but still the graph doesnt show up the increased count. it shows only 0.00
Please find the attached screen shot for the same.
Also in the same cacti server, we have added few more devices where for those devices it shows the graph for CRC errors. Please help.
Let us know incase if you need more information.

Re: Interface - Errors/Discards not generating Graph statics
Place the rfc1643.xml file in the following folder/path:
Then go to "Console -> Import/Export -> Import Templates" and import the "cacti_data_query_snmp_-_rfc1643.xml" file.
Code: Select all
<path_cacti>/resource/snmp_queries/rfc1643.xml

Re: Interface - Errors/Discards not generating Graph statics
Thanks for help again.
Have a quick question, will importing this "cacti_data_query_snmp_-_rfc1643.xml" file make any impact on existing graphs which are working fine. Like all device graphs will loose there data and start loading its statistics from the beginning. please confirm.
