Graph gap without reason

Dear Cacti,

Please help me now I have one problem graph gap and re-connect by it self but router still working fine.
I don't know why this problem happend.

Gaps in graphs might be your poller running too long (over 300 seconds).

It might also be a problem with the device you're polling (too busy or some other issue).

What about these 2 graphs that look different but have the same settings? Why are there gaps in one and none in the other one?
