My Cacti graphs work fine until traffic hits plus 100mbps and then they fail and it looks like the link is down but then when traffic falls below 100mbps the graph graphs fine again... I have tried a lot of different configurations but nothing has fixed it... I am graphing to a VXR Cisco router with multiple gig and fast Ethernet ports...

The graph is set to Interface Traffic bits per sec 95th percentile

You need to be using 64-bit counters to graph over 114Mbps, there is a limit on the other graphs and they are only suitable for up to 100Mbps.
Set up a new graph on the same source with In/Out Bits (64-bit Counters) and see how it looks.
