cacti White Screen

Hi Guys I should start off by saying im very very new to Linux operating system so im not great with any of this stuff but I worked my way through most of the install for cacti and now im at the point where all im getting is a white screen im not sure what I did wrong but anytime I browse to the ip or the hostname I get a white screen.

Can someone let me know what im doing wrong!
