Multiple Pollers Single Frontend

Post by gaurav »

Not sure if this has been requested earlier or not but it would be great to have a solution which allows multiple pollers and a single front end. Currently we are on our fourth server running Cacti and it is becoming a bit cumbersome.
Thanks,

Next version supports multiple pollers.

Currently all rrd will be stored on the server that serves the web pages. Really to only way to do it. So the multiple poller respond back to the central server with there polled results and the central server updates/creates the rrds. All management will occur from the central server.

Questions, send me and email/PM or IM me.

Thanks for the info. Is this in the CVS? When will the next version be released?
Thanks,
