A lot of syslog_process.php processes

Hello,

suddenly i have got a lot of processes, more than 100. See example.
ps -ef | grep php

apache   12006     1  0 09:53 ?        00:00:00 /usr/bin/php -q /var/www/cacti/plugins/syslog/syslog_process.php
apache   16009     1  0 10:29 ?        00:00:00 /usr/bin/php -q /var/www/cacti/plugins/syslog/syslog_process.php
apache   17976     1  0 09:59 ?        00:00:00 /usr/bin/php -q /var/www/cacti/plugins/syslog/syslog_process.php

I have tried to kill them all. But after while they start again. There is not cron for syslog_process.php.
