Discover not discovering

Hi Everyone,

My Cacti Version is 0.8.8f
Note; A plugin that is working is Monitor. So that's a good sign that a plugin does work.
After installing Discover and adding settings to subnet (10.0.0.0/8) under Misc. discovery isn't showing results.
Also under plugin management I activated Discovery, it shows as activated.

I'm not sure what else to look for.
Any help will be appreciated.
