(Upgrade from 8.8.d to 8.8.8f Graph Tree Blank and No Graphs

Everything seems to fine unless I go to the Graphs tab, which is completely blank. (Other than the header tabs)
There are no plugins installed.
The cacti.log file is blank.
All the graphs appear to be working if I look at them individually in Graph Management.
Firebug reports: TypeError: $(...).attr(...) is undefined graph_view.php (line 101, col 10)

I'm very new at cacti, and this instance of the software was built by someone else.

Any suggestions/help?

Resolved.
Seems that a httpd restart did the trick. Who knew?

Second question - I have the plugin thold installed. Is there a simple way to test the alerting?
