how to add ericsson mini-link cn 510

I just started using cacti on my network it works great. but I can't seem to find a way to add my ericsson mini-link CN 510 to cacti.
how do I create a host template for this so I can monitor its traffic?

a host template isnt required for monitoring a device. first you need to add it to cacti and then attempt to query data from it....
