Hyperlink HREF URL insert in Graph View

Hi Guys,

How are you?. i am a newbie to Cacti and have been trying to set up snmp printer monitoring for our HP Printers. I have successfully set it all up and its working beautifully with threshold plugin too.

The only thing i cant figure out is how to insert a HREF hyperlink when viewing a graph of a particular device?
For example if i am viewing a host device printer graph how can i insert/have a URL in that XML page for that host so that i can click on it and it directly takes me to a http link for that printer ip address? Is there anybody who have been able to successfully put in HTTP links for the ip address of the devices being monitored? I have tried playng with graph.php and graph_view.php but cant figure how to embed a http href in Tree:Location-> Host:<host_description> ??!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
