Cisco GRE tunnel traffic not being graphed

I have installed Cacti 0.8.8c on Windows server using the windows installed file. The interface traffic of some of the gre tunnels is not being graphed while for others its being. I checked the gre tunnel config on the router and the configuration of all the tunnels is same (i.e. bandwidth is not set on the tunnel interface), but still for some tunnels the graph is depicting correct data while for others its completely blank. Even using 64 bit counters and editing the Data template, setting traffic_in & traffic_out values to U, but it didn't help.

I would appreciate if anyone could provide their valuable input which would enable me to resolve this issue.
