Probable permission problems while creating graphs , apache1

I am using cacti 0.8.6c and same version of cactid on windows 2000 with apache 1.

RRD's dont get created with a mesage "ERROR: opening 'e:\apache\htdocs\cacti/rra/mum_gokul_arcade_2950_traffic_in_13.rrd': No such file or directory", wheras i can create RRDs if I run the rrdtool commandset from the command line.

I wanted to check permissions, but I dont know which username Apache runs under in windows 2000.

Please let me know how do i go about this

Whatever user you are running the poller as should have permissions to create and modify the rrd's. Also, rrd are not created until at least one polling pass.
