Dell hardware monitor via idrac & cacti , need help

Hello,

Any idea how to monitor Dell R630 hardware ( temperature, voltage, etc ... ) via idrac & cacti?

or shall I ask how to add Dell idrac snmp trap info to cacti? Any steps will be appreciated
