Graph showing no data

Hi,
A network device and it's interfaces are already polling in cacti.
But a certain interface was kept shut. Now when I try to make it poll, I am not getting the graph and it is not showing in the list of standard interface. All the other interfaces are working fine. And we are getting the graphs for them.
